We offer you a typical Schwabian cuisine using only plant based products. As your health is very dear to us, we only use certified organic products. With much love we transform these products into culinary delights.
Of course you don’t need to abstain from your schnitzel or stroganoff (German specialty “Geschnetzeltes”). As an alternative to meat, we make our own seitan using spelt. "No way" you say? Just come by and convince yourself.
For ice cream lovers we offer various flavours of homemade vegan ice cream made of soya basis.
